SAD CAKE 
1 box light brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 c. pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs

Mix eggs, sugar and Bisquick; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour chocolate chips in bottom of greased pan. Then pour above mixture over chocolate chips and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool.

ICING:

1/2 box confectioners sugar
2 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Mix above ingredients and pour over cooled cake and cut into squares.
