TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. beef consomme
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. pineapple juice

Cut meat into 1 inch wide strips diagonally from top to bottom. Marinate in refrigerator by combining consomme, wine, soy sauce, garlic salt, green onions, lime juice, brown sugar, and pineapple juice. Marinate at least 3 hours. Turn meat once. Drain meat and save marinade. Using broiler, broil 2 minutes each side; turning once. Brush with marinade. Serve at once.
