SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 c. shredded sharp cheese 2 tbsp. flour 4 eggs, well beaten 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cook & drain well Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk and salt. Add to cheese and spinach. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
