TACO DIP 
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. water
12 oz. jar hot salsa sauce
10 oz. stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar
Tortilla chips

1. Brown ground beef, drain fat.

2. Add taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water. Mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Spread ground beef mixture in rectangular glass brownie dish.

4. Spread salsa sauce over beef.

5. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.

6. Microwave for about 4 minutes (until cheese melts). Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
