TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground meat
2 lg. tomatoes
Head lettuce
Taco seasoning
Bag of Doritos or Tostitos
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground meat and drain well. Stir in taco seasoning (Durkee or French's). Omit liquid. While meat is browning, shred lettuce and cube tomatoes in large bowl. Crumble large bag of taco chips into the lettuce and tomatoes. Pour in the ground meat mixture and small bag of shredded cheese. Toss lightly, coat salad with French dressing and toss again. Serve at room temperature.
