1 sm. box orange Jello
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 can mandarin oranges
1 med. can crushed pineapple
Miniature marshmallows
Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise

Prepare both boxes of Jello according to package directions. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple. Pour into glass oblong 9x13x2 inch dish. Spread miniature marshmallows over top and coat with Jello mixture; run a spoon over top to depress slightly.) When Jello is set, just before serving, spread thin layer of mayonnaise and top with grated cheese.

A friend served this at a Homemaker's Club luncheon. Almost a dessert!
