RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. wheat bran
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 c. white grape juice
1/3 c. blackstrap molasses
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine bran, milk and juice. Let stand 10 minutes. Cream butter with molasses, then add eggs. Add to bran mixture, then mix with dry ingredients 1/3 at a time. Bake in oiled muffin tins at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
