CHRISTMAS CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. candied fruit
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour

Cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix 2 cups flour with baking powder. Add to batter. Combine 1/2 cup flour with fruit and pecans. Fold into batter. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
