MOCK BBQ CHICKEN 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
Chicken (pieces or breasts)

Combine sauce ingredients. Add chicken (remove skin, if desired). Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until tender and sauce is thickened. Baste often. This recipe also works well with pork chops.
