BARBECUE SALMON SAUCE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. garlic clove mashed
1/4 c. catsup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper

Melt in saucepan. Makes enough sauce for a 20 pound salmon.
