STEAK ITALIAN 
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper
2 sirloin steaks

Blend garlic and olive oil. Set aside. Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip steaks in oil, then roll in crumbs. Cook on grill. Easy, but delicious! Serves 4 to 6.

NOTE: Please spray your barbecue grill with Pam or grease it before you grill as bread crumbs will stick.
