COUNTRY BRUNCH 
16 slices white bread
3 c. cooked ham, cubed
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Trim crust from bread and add cut slices in half. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Cover bottom with 1/2 of the bread, ham and cheeses. Repeat with remaining bread, ham and cheese. Combine milk, egg and seasonings; pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Combine corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over dish. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
