PLUM CONSERVE 
3 pints plum pulp
3 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. seeded raisins, optional
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice and rind
1 1/2 orange juice and rind
1 1/2 c. nutmeats, optional

Cook until thick and clear. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with wax.
