1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Roll in teaspoonful balls. Roll in sugar. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Unwrap kisses, put on cookie, bake 2 minutes more.

One standard bag makes a double batch. Great for Christmas cookies, giving for special occasion.
