BANANA OATMEAL HONEY COOKIES 
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. honey
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. oats
1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cream shortening and honey. Beat in eggs. Stir in bananas and oats. Combine rest and stir into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.
