1 1/2 lbs. scrod fillets 1 roll Ritz crackers 1 1/2 c. milk Juice form 1/2 lemon or orange Parsley, salt and pepper Several pats of butter Place fish fillets in glass baking dish. Crush crackers over fish to cover and then pour milk over crackers. Milk should be enough to cover sides of fish. Let stand 10 minutes. Squeeze juice on top. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper. Dot with pats of butter. Place plastic wrap tightly on top. Poke 2 holes. Cook on High power in microwave 10 minutes. |
