HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. celery, chopped
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips and place in a lightly greased three quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
