DONE ALL AFTERNOON STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef, cubed (I use pork too)
3-4 med. carrots, chunked
2 onions, chunked
5 potatoes, quartered (can peel but for good change leave peel on)
1 can peas or 8 oz. frozen peas
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. wine or pickle juice
1 bay leaf

Put all ingredients in pot with lid. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours or in crock pot on high same time or a little less.
