WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
3/4 c. wheat
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Put milk and whole wheat in blender and blend 4 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients. Pour on hot griddle. You need to blend often.
