QUICK & EASY CREAMED CHICKEN &
MUSHROOMS
 
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of vegetable soup (hard to find, but worth the search)
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked chicken
3 c. cooked noodles or rice

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Stir in soup, sour cream, parsley, sherry and paprika. Add chicken, heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
