CHRISTINE'S COCONUT PIE 
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. flaked coconut (pkg. of Baker's)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
