SWEET - SOUR BEAN SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut green beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut yellow beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar

Drain liquids from the three kinds of beans and put beans in a large bowl. Chop pepper fine; peel and chop onion fine. Mix onion and pepper in with the beans.

In a separate bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over bean combination and refrigerate several hours, even overnight, until vegetables take on a good sweet-sour flavor. Serve cold to 8-10 people.
