ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. mini marshmallows
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts

Mix sugars, spices (except vanilla), sour cream and butter in heavy pan over medium heat. Stirring constantly with wooden spoon, heat to boiling. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly add chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until blended. Quickly spread 1/2 mixture in buttered 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle with mini marshmallows, raisins and 1/2 the walnuts. Quickly top with remaining fudge. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 4 pounds - 70 servings. 110 calories, 6 g fat/serving.
