COATED FRIED CHICKEN 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 fryers, cut up
Fat for frying

Combine eggs, milk, and oil; add dry ingredients. Stir lightly. Dip chicken in batter and fry in hot fat until brown and tender.
