SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream

Mix together beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk. Shape into balls.

Heat salad oil and slowly brown and cook meatballs until done. Remove meatballs, keep warm. Add to pan, flour, paprika, salt, pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly and smooth. Stir in water and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Add meatballs. Simmer until ready to serve.
