BEST SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 2/3 c. saltine crackers, crushed
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped

Combine the first eleven ingredients. Mix and shape into balls the size of a walnut. Place in a baking pan. Do not brown. Heat together the next 5 ingredients. When the butter has melted, pour over the meat balls. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. During the last 10 minutes of baking, add on top the last 2 ingredients. Don't leave out any ingredients.
