SUNSHINE'S OLD FASHION VEGETABLE
SOUP
 
2 (12 oz.) cans vegetable juice
2 c. water
1 sm. head green cabbage (about 1 lb.)
1 med. onion, sliced
3 sm. or 2 med. carrots, sliced (about 1 c.)
1 med. stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon, beef base
1 sm. head rutabaga, chopped to bite size
3 med. potatoes, chopped to bite size
2 (12 oz.) cans tomatoes

Cut up vegetable and mix with rest of ingredients. Heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Serves 8 (about 1 cup each).
