RANCH CHICKEN 
3 1/2-4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken
1 lg. bag cheese Nacho Doritos chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 block sharp Cheddar cheese (about 3/4 lb.)

Grate cheese and set aside. Cut chicken into small pieces. Fry until done and drain well. Do not use any type batter on chicken. Warm all 3 cans of soup (do not add water or dilute in any way). Add tomatoes, heat until soup bubbles.

Line baking dish, glass or metal (13 x 9 x 2 inches) with chips. Pour heated mixture over Doritos, sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake at 350-375 degrees until cheese melts, about 10-12 minutes. Serves 6.
