1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. Frangelico liqueur
3/4 c. vodka

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend very well. Sip cold or add to coffee.
