HOME - MADE "BAILEY'S" IRISH
CREAM LIQUEUR
 
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 to 3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 1/2 c. Irish whiskey
1 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped)

Or a combination or rum and brandy; I always add 1 cup rum and 1/2 cup brandy in addition to the whiskey.

In blender blend eggs, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed milk and extract. Whip to a froth. Blend in liquors. In separate bowl, combine mixture with cream with a spoon. DO NOT BEAT. It's ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator.
