BAKED FUDGE 
4 well beaten eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and dry ingredients until well blended; mix in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan set in another pan of boiling water. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set like custard - do not over bake. Cool and cut in 2 inch squares, topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
