OVEN HONEY-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. skinned, boned chicken breasts
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Bread crumbs

Stir into bowl honey, mustard and mayonnaise. Amounts may be adjusted to taste. Coat chicken with mixture and cover with bread crumbs. Lay in Pyrex casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done or it gets golden brown. Serve with flavored rice of your choice.
