PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 reg. size (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Melt the butter, then add the milk and then the sugar. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat so that it just continues to boil and time it for 10 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times during the 10 minutes.

In the meantime, put in the largest mixing bowl the flour, marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, vanilla and nuts. Pour the boiled mixture (while still boiling hot) over the mixture in the bowl. Beat until smooth and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and let set overnight. It stays soft and will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
