MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 lb. uncooked macaroni, elbow shells or rotini
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. seedless red or green grapes, cut in half
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 lg. kiwi fruit, peeled, halved & sliced
1 med. apple, cored & cut into chunks
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/3 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Prepare macaroni according to directions; drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni, fruit, almonds and coconut. In small bowl, blend sour cream (or yogurt) and orange juice concentrate. Add to macaroni mixture, toss to coat. Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. 4 to 6 servings.
