CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl and beat well. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in chips, pecans, and coconut. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
