CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 Jimmie Dean Sausage
1 onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery
1 bell pepper
Dash of chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. American cheese

Saute together first 6 ingredients. Add cabbage, water and Rotel tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Add rice to mixture. Separately, melt butter, flour, milk and cheese. Drain off excess fat from sausage and beef mixture then mix with the cheese mixture in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
