CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Saute 1 pound ground beef with medium sized onion chopped fine. Heat through but don't brown. Season. Put a layer of shredded cabbage in bottom of casserole. Cover with a layer of beef and onion and then add rest of cabbage as a top layer. Pour a can of tomato soup over all. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
