SEAFOOD BUTTER WITH HERBS 
1 1/2 lbs. butter (6 sticks)
8 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
6 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce (white wine)
3 tbsp. minced fresh basil
1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme
(1/2 tsp. dried thyme)

Melt butter in heavy medium saucepan over low heat. Add all remaining ingredients. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead, rewarm before serving.) Spoon into small bowls and serve. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
