TUNA FISH CASSEROLE 
1 qt. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can tuna fish, drained & flaked
1 sm. can peas, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Add 1 teaspoon salt to water and bring to boil. Add noodles gradually so water doesn't stop boiling. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain in colander. Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add onion and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, tuna fish, peas, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and noodles. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven, about 350 degrees, for 25 minutes.
