HOT CRAB DISH 
2 c. crab or tuna or chicken
8 slices bread
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese (med. or sharp)
3 c. milk

Place 4 slices of bread in bottom of oblong pan sprayed with Pam. Mix crab, mayo, onion, green pepper, celery. Spread crab mixture over bread. Cover above with remaining 4 slices of bread (crustless). Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix soup and cheese and pour over dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika.
