2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter

Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups oatmeal, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat good, then drop on wax paper.
