RUSSIAN BERUCHAS 
1 med. size cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix cabbage, onion and hamburger and cook until done. Prepare your favorite bread dough recipe, let rise until double in bulk, and roll out to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into 4 inch squares. Place a tablespoon of hamburger-cabbage mixture on each square and pinch edges together. Let rise 20 minutes and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
