EILEEN'S SALAD 
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped fine
1 or 2 green peppers, chopped fine
1 pkg. ramen noodles, broken up (do not cook noodles, do not add flavor packet)
1 pkg. sliced almonds, unsalted (2 to 3 oz.)
1 pkg. sunflower seeds, for baking (3 oz.)
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. pepper

In medium bowl mix together cabbage, green pepper, noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. In separate bowl mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, Accent, celery seed and pepper. Add to salad ingredients at least 2 hours before serving or overnight.
