FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. finely ground blanched almonds
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix and press into 9 inch pie plate; bake 5 to 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix well, adding eggs one at a time; pour into pie shell; refrigerate overnight. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
