SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes - drained
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 c. nuts chopped (pecans)
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375.

Mash potatoes and add eggs, vanilla, sugars and butter.

Put into casserole dish (spray with cooking spray).

Mix toppings together and add over sweet potato mixture.

Bake 30 min.
