ORANGE-PINEAPPLE FREEZE 
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice

In saucepan, mix water and sugar; heat to boiling. Cook over medium heat from 5 to 6 minutes. Cool slightly. Add orange juice and pineapple juice; freeze hard. To serve, break in small pieces and stir until mushy. Spoon into sherbets. Trim with grated orange peel.

Makes 6 servings.
