PUDDING DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts

FIRST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

SECOND LAYER:

1 3/4 c. milk
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. chocolate pudding
1 3/4 c. milk

Cool Whip
Nuts

Combine crust ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes. Then combine first layer. Cream on top of crust. Combine second layer and put on top of first layer. Combine third layer and smooth on top of second layer. Then finish off with Cool Whip and nuts.
