Crust:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Part 2:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cream or Cool Whip
1 box any flavor instant pudding

Mix the first mixture and press in a 9 x 12 pan.

Bake in a moderate oven, 300°F, for 5 minutes. Cool.

Now cream powdered sugar and cheese together and fold in the cream or Cool Whip. Pour on crust. Now choose 1 box any flavor instant pudding (or cooked brand). Top with Cool Whip.
