STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. large pasta shells
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 sm. curd cottage cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Boil pasta shells until done, shred mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, add egg and cottage cheese, mix well. Stuff shells. Put small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Put stuffed shells in pan, cover with remaining sauce. Optional: cover with more mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes.
