REESE'S CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. butter, softened 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. unsifted flour 3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. (12 oz.) pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips 1. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. 2. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well. 3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and add gradually to creamed mixture. 4. Stir in chips. 5. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased sheet. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. 7. Cool until set 1 minute; cool on a wire rack. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. |
